Start small. Build trust. Scale the relationship when you need more.
Many professionals, founders and growing companies don't need a full-time CFO yet. But they regularly face decisions that require CFO-level thinking. BGC CFO on Demand gives you a senior financial perspective when those decisions arise.
"Can I afford to hire two more people?"
"Is my business actually profitable?"
"How much runway do I really have?"
"Is my pricing model working?"
"Am I ready to raise capital?"
"Where are we really making money?"
"Why is revenue growing but cash isn't?"
"Which customers or products are destroying margin?"
"Do we need an ERP?"
"What should we automate with AI?"
"How do I turn income into long-term wealth?"
"Am I financially prepared for a major life change?"
"What should I consider from a Swiss tax perspective?"
"How should I structure my financial planning?"
Your five hours are not tied to a predefined consulting package. Use them where experienced financial thinking can make the biggest difference.
Turn financial information into better decisions. Personal financial planning, business budgeting, forecasting, cash-flow planning, scenario analysis, investment and financing decisions, "can I afford this?" analysis.
Understand where your money is really being made — and lost. Product, customer and segment profitability, margin analysis, pricing review, cost leakage, break-even, unit economics. Find the profit. Fix the leak. Fund the growth.
Turn an idea or growth ambition into an economically viable plan. Business model review, revenue model, pricing, business plan, financial model, CAC/LTV, runway, funding requirements, growth scenarios, investor readiness.
Make better financial decisions with the right structure in mind. Swiss tax planning considerations, personal financial structure, business/personal separation, cross-border considerations, pension planning, high-level tax efficiency opportunities.
Know what technology you actually need before you invest in it. ERP landscape review, finance systems assessment, reporting architecture, Excel dependency, automation and AI opportunities, high-level SAP/EPM perspective. Technology should simplify finance — not create another layer of complexity.
Sometimes you don't need another report. You need another perspective. Hiring decisions, expansion, new markets, funding, investments, pricing changes, business-model decisions, major financial commitments, preparing for a transaction.
Tax and legal matters requiring regulated or formal execution are subject to the involvement of the appropriate qualified Swiss professional.
For clients who want more continuity, part of the monthly advisory capacity can be used for a focused review of what changed, what matters, and what should happen next.
Revenue, costs, cash, margins, KPIs.
Identify the financial signals behind the numbers.
Highlight emerging issues and potential value leakage.
Define the next decision or action.
AI can process information quickly. Experience helps determine what matters. BGC combines senior finance and transformation experience with modern AI-enabled analysis to help you move from information to better decisions.

A finance transformation executive with 15+ years of international experience across KPMG, IBM and a global water technology leader. Sebastian has led enterprise-wide initiatives that modernize finance, optimize performance, and enable better decision-making.
His path into transformation started early. Sebastian began in the technical core of finance — working with derivatives and commodity financial analysis — before joining KPMG as a financial statement auditor, covering oil & gas clients and working across covenant agreements and SOX control frameworks. He then moved to IBM, where he led the transition of a Shared Service Center from the United States to Argentina; after a year spent rebuilding its processes and reporting, he helped migrate the operation onward to Costa Rica — a formative lesson in what he does best: standardizing and elevating finance across borders, cultures and systems.
His strength is turning complexity into clarity — aligning stakeholders across regions and driving the adoption that makes change actually stick. He holds an Executive MBA from Bologna Business School focused on business model redesign, sustainability and transformation strategy.
Let's put five focused hours behind it.
